My name is Emily Keyes and I am Global Business owner, a leading executive search firm headhunter, serial entrepreneur and business mentor as seen on TV.
I founded The Talent Boom Group in 2012 and turned my bootstrapped business into a global operation, at one point scaling my team to 50 people across Africa, Europe and US.
Now, still very much bootstrapped and turning millions of profit a year, I believe in quality over quantity and have pivoted my boutique business in many ways in order to constantly achieve high service and sales.
With over 16 years experience working with people and executives across 4 continents, I've worked in over 50 countries and helped make career matches for Execs and highly elite talent across the Creative, Digital and Tech Industry.
I've worked and continue to work with the worlds leading brands, ad agencies, Fortune 500's and scaling start ups. From Audible to Amazon, to PWC to EY, to AKQA to VaynerMedia, to SEMRush to Uber, we match elite talent and move people!
